2025 GDR - Day-8: Columbia Falls to CANADA. Yeah!!! (92 miles off-road)

This completes our vintage dirt-bike ride across the GREAT United States starting from Antelope Wells NM at the Mexico border to the Canadian border in Northern Montana .🏁 πŸ§πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Breaking camp to head from Columbia Falls to Canada.

 First stop, Glacier national Park.
We rode through the Glacier national Park. More Amazing Rocky mountains behind us.

Our GPS-Kevin red route was closed but it was a fun ride to get to that point. So now we're heading back to find another route.
Stopped here and got some cinnamon rolls and had a Sasquatch sighting.
We bought this poster for Lowell. He likes things related to roosters and chickens.

Met Lowell here here just down the road from the Polebridge Mercantile. Buried a token here. We're all pointing at it.
Notice that we're only 16 mi from Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Yeaaa, we finally made it to the Canadian border!
There was another couple named Steve and Lynne. They were from the Yukon in Canada and they were driving South to the United States border. We met them. We had a lot of fun talking to them.
Lynne pretending to be border patrol and trying to keep Parker from crossing into Canada πŸ˜†
Nick and Lowell celebrating their  adventurous of crossing the United States on dirt bikes.
Buried a token at the base of this big white rock. It is just to the left of the green sign. You can see it in the big picture that was posted earlier.

Went back to the Rocky mountain campground in Kalispell and we pitched camp and then we decided to go ahead and head home on the 17-hour drive.
WALLEN!

The theme song for our trip was rawhide. Here are the words.
Another Sasquatch sighting.
We might have had another UFO sighting like the one we had at Jones pass in 2012. The purple orb was not visible to the naked eye, but when we took a photograph of that bright star in the sky, the orb appeared. πŸ‘½

We finally made it to Lowell's house after 17 hours of team driving. Great job team!!!

We had a free day so we went to Taylor and Parker's favorite boot stomping honky tonk. πŸ˜†

Taylor's journal notes for the day.
